For Color Change Remote:

1、Power Off（Do not provide electricity)
2、Power On(Provide electricity) , Push Button(2H) soon in 3 seconds for 5 seconds.
3、Then It should connected.

For Dimmable Remote:

1、Power Off（Do not provide electricity)
2、Power On(Provide electricity) , Push Button(SET UP) soon in 3 seconds for 5 seconds.
3、Then It should connected.

All easy damaged accessories, We promise replacement for free, Please kindly contact us with picture.

1. Please check if there are screws, washers, nuts and other debris.

2. Please check if the screws for fixing the fan blades and screws the lower rod are tight.

1. Please check if 2 screws of lower rod are tight.

2. Please check and confirm hanging bracket with down rod hanging ball bite(Concave and convex part).

3. Please use balance stickers to keep the fan balanced, If you do not know how to use, please contact us.

Please contact us to get a new one.

The light board keeps blinking, It mainly due to unstable circuit or weak current, Please make sure the fan ground wire is connected to the home ground wire, Or connect the ground wire to the ceiling, Then fix it with anti-electricity, If it still can't be solved, Please contact us.

Be certain electric current is turned off before cleaning.

Clean metal components with a soft cloth, moistened with a mild liquid soap solution. Wipe clean and buff with a very soft dry cloth. Under no circumstances should any metal polish be used, as its abrasive nature could damage the protective finish placed on the metal parts.

Never wash glass or crystal shades in an automatic dishwasher, line a sink with a towel and fill with warm water and a mild liquid soap. Wash glass or crystal with a soft cloth, rinse and wipe dry.
